WE'RE NOW JOINED BY WJCL 22 NEWS - TIA MAGGIO. SHE'S LIVE IN OUR NEWSROOM. AND TIA, THE SOUTH CAROLINA LAW ENFORCEMENT DIVISION SAYS IT'S DETERMINED THE VICTIM WAS KIDNAPPED IN BARNWELL COUNTY. YES - ON THE SAME DAY THE VICTIM WAS FOUND - THE BARNWELL COUNTY SHERIFFS OFFICE ... OBTAINED KIDNAPPING WARRANTS FOR THE THREE SUSPECTS ARRESTED. TODAY - FOR THE FIRST TIME IN ITS INVESTIGATION - SLED IS OPENING UP ABOUT THE DETAILS IN THIS CASE. PACK: "LAW ENFORCEMENT HAS EYES. SCENE IS SECURE, THEY ARE ADMINISTERING CPR AT THIS TIME" YOU'RE LISTENING TO JASPER COUNTY FIRE AND EMS DISPATCH FROM APRIL 3RD WHERE THEY FOUND A WOMAN TIED UP BESIDE A RIVERBANK AT CORNER LAKE LANDING IN JASPER COUNTY. THAT SAME DAY - THE BARNWELL COUNTY SHERIFFS OFFICE - THE COUNTY WHERE THE VICTIM WAS KIDNAPPED - OBTAINED KIDNAPPING WARRANTS FOR TWO WOMAN AND ONE MAN. BUT BASED ON THE DISPATCH OF THE VICTIM'S CONDITION THAT DAY - OTHER CHARGES ARE MOST LIKELY PENDING. "SIGNS OF LIFE... BRING AN AED" THIS IS ALL ACCORDING TO A PRESS RELEASE SLED SENT OUT TODAY. ALL THREE SUSPECTS - 31- YEAR-OLD ADRIENNE GINN ARRESTED DAYS AFTER THE VICTIM WAS FOUND. 34-YEAR-OLD KAILA BOSTICK, AND 30- YEAR-OLD JAMAAL RILEY - WERE ARRESTED 8 DAYS LATER. GINN WAS THE ONLY SUSPECT ARRESTED IN SOUTH CAROLINA BY STATE HIGHWAY PATROL FOR DRIVING WITH A SUSPENDED LICENSE. WHILE BOTH BOSTICK AND RILEY WERE TAKEN INTO CUSTODY BY U.S. MARSHALLS IN KNOX COUNTY - INDIANA. WE'RE TOLD BY U.S. MARSHALLS THEY BOTH WILL BE EXTRADITED BACK TO SOUTH CAROLINA BUT THEY COULD NOT TELL US FOR SAFETY REASONS. WE'RE WORKING TO FIND WHY THE U.S. MARSHALLS BELIEVE THE SUSPECTS WERE IN THE INDIANA AREA AND WHAT ADDITIONAL CHARGES THEY MAY FACE. TIA, THANK YOU

Video below: Original CoverageThree people are in custody after an injured woman whose hands were tied together was found near a remote boat landing in Jasper County earlier this month.The Jasper County Sheriff's Office told WJCL 22 News the woman was spotted at Corner Lake Landing on April 3. JCSO requested assistance from SLED that same day.According to the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division, the investigation determined that the woman was kidnapped in Barnwell County.The Barnwell County Sheriff's Office obtained kidnapping warrants on April 3 for 31-year-old Adrienne Burgen Ginn, 34-year-old Kaila Terria Bostick and 30-year-old Jamaal Terrell Riley.SLED said Ginn was arrested on April 6 in Hampton County by the South Carolina Highway Patrol for driving under suspension, second offense.On Monday, April 8, SLED was requested to lead the investigation into this case by the Jasper Co. Sheriff's Office and the Hampton County Sheriff's Office.SLED said the U.S. Marshals Great Lakes Fugitive Task Force arrested Bostick and Riley on Thursday, April 11 in Indiana. Three people are in custody after an injured woman whose hands were tied together was found near a remote boat landing in Jasper County earlier this month.

The Jasper County Sheriff's Office told WJCL 22 News the woman was spotted at Corner Lake Landing on April 3. JCSO requested assistance from SLED that same day.

According to the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division, the investigation determined that the woman was kidnapped in Barnwell County.

The Barnwell County Sheriff's Office obtained kidnapping warrants on April 3 for 31-year-old Adrienne Burgen Ginn, 34-year-old Kaila Terria Bostick and 30-year-old Jamaal Terrell Riley.

SLED said Ginn was arrested on April 6 in Hampton County by the South Carolina Highway Patrol for driving under suspension, second offense.
