Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave is sharing another update on her melanoma journey.

On April 10, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum posted on her Instagram Stories that for the “15th time” she was going to have a melanoma spot surgically removed.

“On my way to my next surgery with Dr. Fairies (my oncologist) to cut out the spot on my arm,”  the 42-year-old wrote. “Trying to be positive and happy I can do this one awake. I just cry everytime when I get the shots for some reason. Not scared of shots, it's just the knowing they are about to cut into me again right after I get one.”

“15th time,” she added, showing a photo of her at the hospital while tagging her husband Edwin Arroyave

Hours later, Mellencamp gave an update while laying in bed with an ice pack on her arm.

“After 3 days of no sleep, I was able to nap,” she wrote. “I did wake up to my arm feeling like it was stung by 20 🐝s but this too shall pass. 💕🙌🏻”

The reality star also shared a photo of her bandaged arm and the healed scars on her back following her last melanoma surgery. “Get your skin checks!!!” she added.

In September 2023, Mellencamp shared that she had been diagnosed with her 13th melanoma and had some ups and downs treating it. The mother of three was first diagnosed with stage 2 melanoma in October 2022

She underwent surgery to remove the melanoma in December, posting a photo of herself in the hospital on Instagram and sharing that her surgery "went well," before explaining the procedure to her followers.

"I specifically went through a 'wide excision melanoma, soft tissue defect reconstruction with adjacent tissue rearrangement.' Basically they cut out the area of my shoulder and replaced it with a flap of skin from below on my back (swipe to see the area before surgery). But the pain and discomfort are all worth it," she explained at the time.

Mellencamp then thanked her followers and friends for the support they have shown her through her latest experience with the disease.

More recently, the Two Ts In A Pod host showed off how well her surgical scar was healing last month in a side-by-side photo.

“What a difference 3 months can make! My scar is healing nicely, and I have the best doctors to thank,” she said.
