Road work scheduled on Heritage Highway the week of April 15

NEW BLOOMFIELD — Cole County Public Works announced that road construction on Heritage Highway will begin Monday, April 15, and carry on throughout the week.

Crews will be working on shouldering the highway from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day.

The road work schedule is weather permitting and could be subject to change.

Signs will be in place to alert traffic, according to a press release, and drivers should practice caution when traveling through the area.
