The man accused in a deadly shooting near the State Capitol now faces a first-degree murder charge, according to court documents.
On Thursday, he was given a $1 million bond in Lancaster County Court.

The affidavit states that Mulloy told police they got into a fight inside his apartment Tuesday afternoon.
Mulloy alleges that Armstrong pushed him, knocking him to the ground, and threatened to beat him, according to court documents.
That's when Mulloy says he fired a single shot, hitting Armstrong in the head. He died at the scene.
