The incident, which occurred last December, came to light when a fellow passenger in the same row reported the behaviour to the crew.

According to reports, the accused, seated by the window, began urinating in a cup while the plane was still on the tarmac at Sydney Airport. The passenger, described as intoxicated, reportedly spilled urine on a flight attendant as he disembarked the aircraft after landing.

The complainant, who was seated nearby with her teenage daughter, recalled hearing the unmistakable sound of the man urinating in the cup. She described him as drunk and stated that the incident happened while the flight was waiting at the terminal gate.

The Australian Federal Police confirmed that the passenger was removed from the plane for urinating in his seat. He was subsequently fined 600 Australian dollars for his behaviour.
