Oscar Mayer Wienermobile visiting the DMV

WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — Hot diggity dog! You can snag a glimpse of the iconic Oscar Mayer Wienermobile — and a free whistle — in the DMV for a few days.

The Wienermobile made its arrival in Northern Virginia on Friday, according to its website. It kicked off its visit at the American Horticultural Society’s Spring Garden Market in Alexandria, where it stayed from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

If you didn’t get to see it there, don’t fret — the website says that the Wienermobile will appear in different parts of the area over the following days:

  • Sunday, April 14 — 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
    Safeway
    1601 Maryland Ave. NE
    Washington, D.C.

  • Monday, April 15 — 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
    Safeway
    11120 South Lakes Dr.
    Reston, Va.

  • Tuesday, April 16 — 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.

    Alexandria, Va.
