A crash has closed Highway 88 in both directions on Thursday afternoon, according to the Amador Fire Protection District.Officials said two vehicles crashed on Highway 88 just west of Shakeridge Road in Pioneer.Four people were taken to the hospital with minor to moderate injuries, according to the fire department.Officials have not said what led up to the crash.Find the latest traffic information here.
