The Community Music Center of Houston (CMCH) proudly returns to the iconic Miller Outdoor Theatre, bringing with them the fourth volume of the beloved “Philly Soul Sound” on the evening of Saturday, April 27, 2024. With a performance scheduled to begin at 8:15 PM, CMCH is set to immerse attendees in the unique musical era birthed by Philadelphia International Records between the late 1960s and the mid-1980s.

For four consecutive years, the community has echoed its love for the CMCH’s renditions of Philly Soul Classics, and this year, Dr. Anne Lundy, the esteemed Music Director of CMCH, promises an unforgettable experience featuring hits from Lou Rawls, Jean Carne, Teddy Pendergrass, and other legends.
