ORANGE, Texas — At around 3 p.m. a truck from the Orange Fire Department was headed to an accident near the DPS office on 87.
The collision occurred while the fire truck was making it's way down Strickland Drive when it was suddenly T-boned by a car coming off of Park Street.
The fire truck was running lights and a siren when it was hit.
No firefighters were injured, and the driver of the car was evaluated at scene but was not taken to the hospital.
