Sacha Baron Cohen was seen looking downcast as he headed to a Saturday Night Live cast party in New York City, just days after Isla Fisher announced they were getting divorced.

The 52-year-old comedian and Australian actress, who share three children together, have called it quits after 14 years of marriage. Sacha has been embroiled in controversy recently following accusations by actress Rebel Wilson about his conduct on set. Sacha has furiously denied the claims with the pair locked in a war of words about claims by Rebel and in her new book.

Breaking cover on Saturday night, Borat star Sacha was dressed in a white trousers, navy leather jacket and wore a cap as he attended the party alongside SNL legend Chris Rock and US starlet Addison Rae. The funnyman was looking glum in pictures as he headed out, after Isla was pictured without her wedding ring while out in London.

Sacha's estranged wife Isla took to social media to announce their break-up to the world in a bizarre tennis themed post.
Posting a picture of them dressed in tennis gear, Isla wrote: "After a long tennis match lasting over 20 years, we are finally putting our racquets down. In 2023 we jointly filed to end our marriage. We have always prioritised our privacy and have been quietly working through this change. We forever share in our devotion and love for our children. We sincerely appreciate your respecting our family's wish for privacy."

British star Sacha famed for his Borat and Ali G films, met Confessions Of A Shopaholic actress Fisher in 2001 and the pair got engaged three years later in 2004. The couple tied the knot in a private ceremony in Paris in March 2010 with Isla revealing that she had converted to Judaism to honour Sacha's beliefs.

Fans had considered the duo to have one of the longest-running marriages in showbiz and were left stunned by news of their split. Before the break-up the pair had split their time between Los Angeles and Isla's home in Australia.

Isla previously said that meeting Sacha was like 'winning the lottery'. She told Marie Claire the success of their marriage was down to 'a shared sense of humor and a willingness to be married'. While Sacha told The New York Times in October 2020: 'I knew instantly.'
