Wassihun Woldeamanuel won the Pick 4 game’s top prize of $5,000 by playing the four-digit combination 4-4-4-4 in the Feb. 20 drawing. The District needs to be strong.'” [WJLA]

Future of Potomac Yard — “JBG Smith Properties doesn’t know what it plans for Potomac Yard now that a basketball and hockey arena is off the table. But expect the real estate investment trust to keep hunting for some kind of big, entertainment-oriented mega-anchor. ‘Who knows what will come next in Potomac Yard?’ CEO Matt Kelly told me Tuesday, his first interview since the arena deal fell apart the last week in March. ‘There will be something, I don’t know what it looks like.'” [Washington Business Journal]
