Man dies after Lancaster County house fire
A man died after a house fire in Lancaster County early Friday morning.Video above: Fire scene.Crews were called to the 100 block of Froelich Avenue at South Church Street in Mountville shortly after 3:15 a.m. The fire chief spotted the flames on his way to work and called it in.A man inside the home was taken to the hospital, but he died at Lancaster General Hospital around an hour later. The Lancaster County Coroner's Office identified him as Robert Enochs, 65, of Mountville.The coroner said the death was accidental. The cause was smoke inhalation and burns. A connecting house sustained damage due to the fire. A person who lived there was able to get out safely.It's not yet clear what caused the fire.
