PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — Fever entertainment announced that they will be welcoming the Candlelight Concert series to Providence.

This concert series has been featured in over 100 cities with over 3 million attendees.

This illuminating experience will feature a string quartet surrounded by thousands of candles in the Bishop McVinney Auditorium.

The first set of the Providence concerts include: Vivaldi’s Four Seasons and More; as well as two modern programs: a Tribute to Coldplay, and a Tribute to Taylor Swift.

Originally, the Candlelight concerts featured works from the greatest composers like Vivaldi, Mozart, and Chopin.

Today, the concerts offer an array of original music created by Fever aimed at bringing a lively twist to classical music.

Some of their most notable programs include tributes to Queen, ABBA, Ed Sheeran, Blink-182, Green Day, and more.

This format presents a unique experience, played by local musicians.
