Honda NSX GT Concept Hits the Track in New Video

The Honda NSX GT Concept will be competing in this year’s Super GT series, and the Japanese automaker has shared a video of it testing the race car in Japan.

The all-new Acura NSX is expected to go on sale next year, but for now we’ll have to settle to watching and listening to the badass race car variant that not only looks mean, but sounds menacing on the track. Due to this year’s Super GT regulations, the NSX GT Concept is actually powered by a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine paired to a racing hybrid system.

The production NSX will feature a twin-turbo V6 hybrid system with Honda’s Sport Hybrid Super-Handling All-Wheel Drive.
