Nobu hotel, restaurant to open in Caesars New Orleans
NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — The soon-to-be Caesars New Orleans will also house a popular hotel and restaurant brand.
According to a news release, Nobu Hotel and Nobu restaurant will be inside Caesars New Orleans and bring guests “modern luxury with minimalist Japanese tradition.”

The release states the Nobu Hotel will span two floors with a reception desk and 54 guest rooms that combine Japanese influence with a modern New Orleans flair.
The Nobu restaurant is expected to seat approximately 175 guests and offer a menu that features fresh nigiri and sashimi.
One of the signature dishes will be a Yellowtail Jalapeño made with sliced yellowtail sashimi, garlic puree, jalapeño slices, cilantro, and citrus soy sauce.
The Nobu restaurant is expected to open in the summer of 2024, and the Nobu Hotel is expected to open in the fall of 2024.
