J.B. SMOOVE KNOWS how to crack a joke. The 58-year-old actor and comedian puts those skills to use as a mainstay on HBO's Curb Your Enthusiasm, where he's played a supporting role for years, first appearing in Season 6, and getting the official bump to series regular in Season 9.

But while Curb is finally calling it quits with its 12th season, J.B. Smoove isn't going anywhere. The actor has an extensive career both in live-action and animation (he voices a plant named Frank on Harley Quinn, and also was a longtime voice on Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, for example) and is well-known for guest spots on other TV comedies, like New Girl and Fresh Off the Boat.

For Men's Health, Smoove went on a journey throughout the Internet, responding to comments about his fitness and his career.

First, some quick health tips: Smoove is a vegan, and has been for eight years straight. In a recent interview with Men's Health, he also revealed he's only ten pounds heavier than his high school weight.

Some tips he has for his fans? If you're looking to start working out, "you don't need no damn weights," he says. "Just use your body." Smoove says you can work out anywhere: parking lots, supermarkets, and even the bus stop could all work.

Smoove is also known for his recurring appearances throughout the most recent Spider-Man series, playing one of Peter Parker's teachers. If he could have a superpower, what would it be? "I'd give wedgies," he says. "I mean hard ones. Wedgie Jackson."

Back before he was known for his hilarious Curb bits, though, Smoove revealed had a storied life. "I was in a hip hop crew, and I was in a skate crew. I would skate to the club, then the club would shut down, and then the rollerskating would start. So I'd have my skates and my shoes. I would dance and skate the same day."

Sounds like a busy night.
