Pasadena (WBFF) — Police are investigating a fatal crash on Ritchie Highway at Pasadena Road from Monday morning.
Police say on March 25 at 9:00 a.m., officers went to Ritchie Highway at Pasadena Road for a crash involving two vehicles.

According to officials, the investigation revealed that a 2016 Toyota 4Runner was driving north on Ritchie Highway approaching Pasadena Road when a 2005 Ford Taurus, driving west on Pasadena Road, entered the intersection at Ritchie Highway.
Police say the Toyota hit the Ford in the intersection.
The driver of the Toyota, 47-year-old Ross Scholz, was taken with serious injuries to the University of Maryland R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center, police say.
The front seat passenger of the Ford, 83-year-old Frances Jones, was taken with serious injuries to the University of Maryland R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center, police say.

The driver of the Ford, 31-year-old Mary Jones, was pronounced dead at the scene by Anne Arundel County Fire Department officials, police say.
This crash is under investigation by the Traffic Safety Section.
