Violations include: No proper handwashing between tasks; servers handling dirty and clean dishes without washing hands; sink backed up, water dripping; handsink blocked; molded lemons and oranges in cooler; pink and black residue film found inside of ice machine; pink chemicals stored next to A1 sauce over clean silverware; condensation leak found on floor board of coolers near ice machine; soiled wiping clothes stored on prep tables; floors are extremly wet and slippery from plumbing issue; vent hoods are extremely grimmy with grease and dust; dirty ceiling tile and dirty walls. Violations include: Employee walked from outside come back into the kitchen, washed hands with gloves; “food cooking directly next to handsink water while i was washing my hands splattered into the celery cooking on the stove”; raw chicken stored over shrimp, eggs; ice machine has pink film; cleaner stored next to single service items near seaweed container; containers of icecream mixture green in color uncovered in deep freezer and uncovered chicken stored on shelves; microwave exterior very grimy. Violations include: “Improper use of handwashing from gentlemen wearing gloves and pulling white meat paper soiled with blood to dispose in trash then touch the exterior drawer to close it following that he grabbed a soiled wiping cloth and used it to wipe down the grill surface to clean corrective action explained to mnager to explain to staff ehen to wash their hands”; observed alligator meat in standing water near prep sink; observed employee wiping knife with soiled cloth used to wipe down cutting board; multiple uncovered containers of croutons, batter, etc throughout the kitchen; boxes of food found stored on floor of freezer; multiple used soiled wiping towels found on prep table surfaces; multiple dirty and soiled knives spoons and tongs laying around in kitchen; microwaves dirty; sweat waist band found stored with single service containers.
