Two people wounded in Wednesday morning Kansas City shooting

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - Police said two people were taken to the hospital on Wednesday morning following a shooting.

The Kansas City Police Department stated officers received word at 7:42 a.m. of a shooting in the 300 block of Wabash Avenue.

Police found two shooting victims outside a home. The police department told KCTV5 that one of the victims suffered “possibly critical injuries” while the other suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

Police did not release any details of a suspected shooter.
