CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Monday’s Total Eclipse of the Moon and Sun lasted just a few minutes. The U.S. Supreme Slowpokes Court’s Eclipse with Justice, U.S. Constitution and the election, in the Donald Trump cases coming before it is taking a lot longer, longer than it should.
Special Counsel Jack Smith filed a brief with the Court Monday calling on it to reject Trump’s immunity appeal of his J6/election subversion trial, which the court could have and should have done the week Trump first filed the appeal, as lower courts had when Trump tried the ploy in other cases.
