CIMMARON COUNTY, Okla. (KFOR) – Moments ago the grandmother to Veronica Butler’s kids was arrested and booked into Texas County Jail. Butler and Jilian Kelley were headed to pick up those kids two weeks ago before they vanished.

The two names of those arrested came from NewsNation, a sister company of KFOR. NewsNation reporters on the scene Saturday were there while arrests were being made.

Tifany Adams, 54, and her boyfriend Tad Cullum were booked, per reporter Nancy Loo.

According to Loo, several agencies were called into Cimmaron County Saturday afternoon where arrests were made at several properties. So far, OSBI has confirmed four people are in custody connected to the disappearance of the two women.

Adams was also said to have had custody of Butler’s kids before she went missing.

As authorities continue to investigate the case of two missing Kansas mothers, sources said that police suspect the women were shot and blood was found near the vehicle they were last seen driving.

Police say  Veronica Butler and Jilian Kelley of Hugoton, Kansas, disappeared after their car was found 1,000 feet off of Oklahoma State Highway 95 along a dirt path on March 30.

NewsNation previously reported that a small amount of blood was found inside the vehicle, but sources now say that there were also separate puddles of blood outside of the vehicle.
