Fayetteville Observer: South Carolina 78, NC State 65

Mikey DiLullo writes: "It's hard to see anyone beating South Carolina this year. NC State may keep it close for a quarter or two, but the Wolfpack — much like the rest of women's basketball — won't be able to keep up with Staley for much longer."

FOX Sports: South Carolina 74, NC State 64

It writes: "The Gamecocks are 15-17-0 against the spread this season. South Carolina has an ATS record of 14-15 as 11.5-point favorites or more. There have been 17 Gamecocks games (out of 33) that hit the over this season."

Front Page Bets: Take South Carolina to cover vs. NC State

Mike Szvetitz writes: "With an all new starting five this year, South Carolina is led by 6-foot-7 senior center Kamilla Cardoso’s 14.1 points per game average. Cardoso is one of three USC players averaging double figures this season. Five N.C. State players are averaging double digits per game, led by 16.7 ppg by junior guard Aziaha James. But that won’t be enough to stop South Carolina’s size and speed."

The Athletic: Bet South Carolina to beat North Carolina State

It writes: "If we assume both teams’ guards will have their moments, it seems like this game will come down to who’s better down low. NC State forward River Baldwin likely will be in charge of Cardoso. She and the Wolfpack already matched up well against Stanford’s Cameron Brink in the Sweet 16, but Cardoso could be an even more imposing challenge. South Carolina’s bench will also be a major challenge from the Wolfpack. The Gamecocks are built for March, averaging nearly 34 points per game from their reserves."

ESPN: South Carolina has an 83.8% chance to beat NC State in March Madness

The site gives the Wolfpack a 16.2% shot at defeating the Gamecocks in the Women's Final Four March Madness NCAA Tournament game.
