The Orleans Parish Coroner's Office has identified a man who was stabbed to death in the French Quarter. The stabbing happened in the 800 block of Orleans Avenue early Tuesday morning. The person who was stabbed to death was identified as Charles Fink, 26. Police say Fink was killed on Orleans Avenue near the intersection of Bourbon Street and Dauphine Street around 12:20 a.m. Fink later died at an area hospital.
