The project is set to feature two 28-story towers encompassing over 500,000 square feet and housing 180 residences.This new development is one of several high-end projects underway along Flagler Drive. Last month saw the groundbreaking of another luxury condominium project in the same area. South Flagler House is part of a larger trend that has seen West Palm Beach emerge as a key location for luxury developments.
