Friday night’s contest between the University of Hawaii softball team and Cal Poly was suspended due to rain.

The Rainbow Wahine (12-17, 5-3 Big West) led the Mustangs (17-11, 7-2) with one out in the bottom of the second inning with a runner on second.

Friday’s game will resume on Saturday at 2 p.m.

The Rainbow Wahine and Mustangs will wrap up their series with another game after that, playing two games against each other instead of three.
