UPDATE: Lexi Dale has been found.
CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KWWL)- Cedar Rapids Police are asking for the public's help to find a missing 14-year-old girl with mental health concerns.
According to Cedar Rapids Police, Lexi Marie Dale was last seen on 12th Avenue at 2:00 on Friday afternoon.
Dale is described as 5'4" and 150 pounds. According to Cedar Rapids Police, she has mental health concerns and a birthmark on her left cheek. She was last seen wearing black leggings, black shoes and a red hoodie, but authorities said she had a bag with other clothes in it and the means to purchase more clothing.
Authorities believe she could be heading to San Diego.
