The Blaine County Housing Authority Board will meet at noon on Wednesday, April 10, in Ketchum City Hall to discuss changes to income limits and categories.
The first item up for discussion at Wednesday’s meeting will be an update to the organization’s net worth and income limits. BCHA staff members stated in a memo before the meeting that the organization is considering changing those figures ahead of screening for potential residents at Bluebird Village, which will have units available next month.
“Staff feel that appropriately assigning income categories as soon as possible is a priority,” the memo stated.

What is the out of this article? What about the key journalistic question—-why? Why are they adjusting this? What are they doing this now years altar the project was approved? How will the for-profit owner gain or lose from this? Hopefully we will get better info from the IME after the meeting.
