Salma Hayek happily meditated with the help of her adorable pet own named Kering in a new video shared to Instagram on Sunday. 

The From Dusk Till Dawn actress, 57 - who recently put on a busty display in a plunging blue swimsuit - sat cross-legged on the floor of a spacious room with the animal perched on top of her head. 

The star opted for comfort while sporting a pair of warm, gray sweatpants as well as a printed, Janis Joplin shirt. 

Her dark locks were parted in the middle, and easily pulled back into a simple, low ponytail. 

Hayek added rainbow graphics that lit up around her body while calming, instrumental music played in the background of the reel.

In the caption of the post, Salma penned to her 28.5 million fans and followers, 'Love meditating with an owl on my head #meditate,' and also translated the message into Spanish. 

Back in 2019, the actress rescued the southern, white-faced owl and gifted the sweet bird to her husband, Francois-Henri Pinault. 

During an interview with People in 2021, she opened up about Kering and recalled, 'I gave it to my husband as a Valentine's present and named her Kering because that's the name of his company and their symbol of the owl.' 

She humorously added, 'And he was like, "Well, thank you, but I know this is your own present for yourself."' 

Hayek explained that she has a close bond with the owl and expressed, 'When my husband is not in town, she sleeps in the room with me.' 

'We have certain routines before we go to sleep. I watch TV with my iPad, and she likes to stand on the iPad.' 

The star then revealed one of Kering's unique qualities and informed the outlet, 'Even though owls don't drink liquids because they take everything from their prey, she likes good wine, this one.' 

The owl often spends time on Salma's 'head or my shoulder, my arms.'

'Sometimes, when she is really close to me, I can feel her rubbing against me, which is really nice. And I feel so blessed.'

Also in 2021, she further discussed her love of owls during an appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.

'I don't know, I became obsessed with the owls and dreaming about it. I didn't understand they were everywhere,' she explained to the host. 

'And I said ''Can people have owls?'' And it turns out you can in London. It's legal. And I said are there any owls that need some rescue? Can you rescue an owl? And I started doing some research. And, yeah, sure enough.' 

The beauty is also a big fan of meditation, and last year in July, she credited both the practice as well as 'frequency machines' for her youthful appearance. 

At the time, she also revealed that she has never gotten Botox during an interview on Kelly Ripa's Let's Talk Off Camera podcast. 

At one point, the talk show host gushed over Salma's beauty and questioned whether the actress has used Botox, with the star responding with, 'No Botox!'

In regards to how she has acquired such a youthful appearance, she explained that both 'meditation' and 'frequency machines' have attributed to her glow. 'I know what it is.'

Earlier this week on Wednesday, the beauty took to her main Instagram page to share sultry snaps as she donned a plunging blue swimsuit while on vacation in Mexico

'Because of a lot of things in my body and health issues, somehow I developed this strange meditation that I keep evolving. I can do it for hours because you don't feel the time, and it's so much fun.'

While talking about the kind of meditation that she follows, Salma stated, 'It's actually feeling the energy. And it moves and it dances inside of you, different feelings and sensations.'

'So, I do a lot of the frequency machines and they work on me better than on anyone. And just the meditation … sometimes when I'm doing it, people tell me when I come out of the room, ''Oh my God, again, you look 20 years old,"' she revealed.

On what kind of machines she uses, the star stated that she utilizes both radio frequency and micro-frequency machines to help achieve tighter skin.

'The people that do the machines say that the results I get, they don't get with other people,' Salma gushed.
