Casey County man indicted on murder charge

CASEY COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) - A Casey County man has been indicted on a charge of murder.
The sheriff’s office says 48-year-old John Osborn was arrested in March.
He faces a number of other charges, including reckless driving, fleeing and DUI.
According to his indictment, the charges stem from an incident from May 2023 that resulted in the death of Sheila Jo Sergent.
