WASHINGTON (7News) — Three teens were arrested Wednesday, April 10 for a robbery in Southeast D.C., according to Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) officials.
Officials said a man was walking in the 2000 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue, Southeast around 6:15 p.m. when three teens approached him.
The teens grabbed the man, forced him to the ground and stole property from him, according to officials.

All three teens then fled the scene on foot. Witnesses directed officers to their location, where all three were arrested.
As a result, a 16-year-old male from Northeast, a 15-year-old female of no fixed address and a 14-year-old female from Landover, Maryland were charged with robbery.
