The Hamilton County Coroner's Office identified him as 32-year-old Mitchell Davis from Covington, Kentucky.On Friday, the Cincinnati Police Traffic Unit and Fugitive Apprehension Unit arrested 30-year-old Roemello Ford in connection to the incident.Ford was transported to the Hamilton County Justice Center.
