Police: Man arrested after pedestrian was hit, killed by vehicle in Westwood
One person has been arrested after a pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle last month in Westwood.It happened on March 3, when police responded to reports of a pedestrian struck on Queen City Avenue and Gehrum Lane.Police said a 32-year-old male was taken to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. The Hamilton County Coroner's Office identified him as 32-year-old Mitchell Davis from Covington, Kentucky.On Friday, the Cincinnati Police Traffic Unit and Fugitive Apprehension Unit arrested 30-year-old Roemello Ford in connection to the incident.Ford was transported to the Hamilton County Justice Center. Any witnesses to this crash are asked to contact the Cincinnati Police Department’s Traffic Unit at 513-352-2514.
