Fisker was slapped with a breach-of-warranty lawsuit on March 26 in California Superior Court for Los Angeles County. The court case was brought by Lemon-Aid Legal on behalf of the owner of a Fisker Ocean One. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is Simonian v. Fisker Group Inc
