THEY DESERVE THAT SUPPORT. AFTER SOME STRUGGLES DURING THE PANDEMIC, THIS IS GOING TO SUPPORT NONPROFITS ACROSS OUR STATE. $10 MILLION COMING FROM THE FEDERAL AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT THAT’S MEANT TO HELP REBUILD THE ARTS SECTOR FROM THE IMPACTS OF COVID. THE MONEY GOING TO BE DISTRIBUTED TO NEARLY 200 ORGANIZATIONS THAT PROVIDE ARTS PROGRAMING IN OUR STATE. THE GOVERNOR WILL BE THERE TODAY HELPING CELEBRATE THE IMPORTANCE OF THE ARTS HERE IN OKLAHOMA. TODAY’S EVENT IS AT THE CAPITOL. GOING TO CELEBRATE THAT MONEY GOING TOWARDS THOSE ORGANIZATIONS. THIS IS THINGS FROM THEATERS TO ORCHESTRAS TO HISTORY MUSEUMS IN OUR STATE, ALL GETTING A PIECE OF THAT $10 MILLION PIE.
