Man hospitalized after shooting in Phoenix

PHOENIX (AZFamily) — A man is in the hospital after being shot in Phoenix on Sunday afternoon.

Around 3:45 p.m., Phoenix police were called to a shooting near 27th Avenue and Van Buren Street. Officers arrived and found a man who had been shot. He was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.

An investigation is underway to determine what led to the shooting.
