Victim injured in Hartford shooting, non-fatal wound reported

HARTFORD, Conn. (WFSB) - Hartford police are investigating a shooting that resulted in one victim with non-fatal injuries on Sunday morning.
Hartford patrol officers responded to a Shot Spotter notification on Ashley Street and Sigourney Street around 2:59 a.m. on Sunday.
While investigating, St. Francis Hospital reported a gunshot victim arriving for treatment.
The victim was a man in his twenties who was suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound.
The Hartford Police Major Crimes and Crime Scene Division responded to the scene.
This is an active investigation.
