Teen arrested in connection with Frankfort carjacking

FRANKFORT, Ky. (WKYT) - Police in Frankfort arrested a teenager in connection with a carjacking.
Officers arrested 18-year-old Jayden Meagher just after midnight on Wednesday.
They say he stole a car from someone at Walmart and drove it to a Marathon gas station on Leonardwood Drive to pick somebody up.
We’re told when officers arrived at the gas station, Meagher admitted to stealing the car.
He is now facing theft charges.
