Greetings! I am a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist with a wealth of knowledge and expertise accumulated over two decades in the field. I am eager to contribute to the mental well-being of both former and new patients in the Omaha area again! My professional journey has led me to specialize in providing compassionate care to individuals between the ages of 5 and 30, utilizing the power of telemedicine to reach and connect with patients. Throughout my extensive career I have dedicated myself to understanding and addressing a variety of mental health challenges that children, adolescents, and young adults may face.

Accepting new patients! I offer in person and telehealth visits and I am fully licensed in Iowa and Nebraska. My mission is to provide affordable, holistic, compassionate and comprehensive care. Now accepting many insurance plans; I also offer sliding scale option for self-pay. I take a Holistic approach, which may include referrals for therapy, nutritional counseling, ruling out environmental and medical problems that may cause symptoms, genetic testing when needed, and medications to target symptoms. Psychiatric medications are implemented to decrease the severity and intensity of symptoms. Amber Grob has a conservative approach to medications. Specifically, diagnoses can be managed with limited medications on a consistent basis, as well as as needed medications. In some situations, there are compounding health or medical issues that can make this difficult. Medical, physical, hormonal and physiological components can be factors contributing to the presentation of psychiatric symptoms. All of this is assessed at your first appointment, as well as ongoing. Amber Grob also provides Genetic Testing for medication metabolism.

As a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I specialize in children, adolescents and young adults, and am the owner and founder of Integrative Psychiatry. I provide psychiatric evaluations, mental health diagnoses, psychotherapy, and medication management in a comfortable and inviting outpatient setting. I have a strong passion in working with younger populations, as I love assisting patients meet their overall treatment needs and obtaining a productive, healthy and sustainable lifestyle.

Dr. Daughton treats patients with a broad range of illnesses including mood, anxiety, behavioral and developmental disorders.

As a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner I believe it's important to get to know you as an individual first. I am passionate about listening to you and working together with you to develop a plan that will best suit you. My initial evaluations are 60 minutes and follow ups are 30 minutes. I have over 5 years of mental health experience and over a decade of experience in the healthcare field. I have taken care of children, adolescents, adults and geriatric clients in acute crisis care who have various mental illness.

Over the past 17 years of practice, the most rewarding part of my career has been seeing patients achieve their occupational, personal and spiritual goals through the management of their psychiatric symptoms. I work with patients to create an individualized treatment plan that addresses the symptoms that are causing difficulty in their lives I have experience in working with children, adults, and geriatrics patients. Other areas of experience include addiction medicine and providing psychiatric consultation services for an inpatient medical facility where I was able to use my background in family practice and psychiatry.

I enjoy helping people...period. I am credentialed for all ages from very young to the elderly and have worked with all ages. For patients that do need medication; I use a conservative approach and monitor closely until they are stable. My medication management patients do get some therapy in their follow up sessions, because this assists me in evaluating the effectiveness of the medication. If I am not able to help a patient, I will try to find someone else who is a better fit for them. I believe in a community approach for patients, it does take us all working together!

There are many different treatments including medications, different therapies, and non-medicinal treatment options. We will explore all options, and together we will come up with a plan that will best fit your needs at this time in your life. We will talk about long term outcomes and what research has shown for your projected treatment course. I will work with you to provide education and self empowerment so you feel like you have control of your illness, not the other way around.

Sarah Schuetz is a board certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner currently practicing in Omaha, Nebraska. She graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and later earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Mount Marty University. She has over 10 years experience in the mental health field. She takes pride in using a holistic approach with her clients and uses a patient-centered model of care, which allows her to identify the emotional, physical, and mental health needs of each client. Sarah understands that everyone she treats is unique and has their own story.
