STILLWATER – Oklahoma State's women's tennis team ranked first in Tuesday's ITA Division I rankings, making it seven-consecutive weeks at the top spot.
 
The Cowgirls are now 19-0, a program record for the best start to a season, and 8-0 in conference play. OSU beat No. 7 Texas for the second time this season along with No. 20 Oklahoma last weekend, giving it six wins over top-10 opponents on the season.
 
Going by the latest rankings, Oklahoma State now holds wins this season over No. 2 Michigan (twice), No. 3 Pepperdine, No. 5 Stanford, No. 7 Texas (twice), No. 12 Ohio State, No. 16 Auburn, No. 17 UCLA and No. 22 Oklahoma.
 
Along with OSU, nine other Big 12 teams appeared in the top-75: No. 7 Texas, No. 22 Oklahoma, No. 25 Texas Tech, No. 31 Baylor, No. 51 BYU, No. 54 TCU, No. 55 UCF, No. 60 Kansas and No. 75 Kansas State.
 
The Cowgirls are preparing for the final stretch of the regular season and will host West Virginia and Cincinnati this weekend looking to remain undefeated.
