A cold front will move into our area for the overnight and Friday
Here is a look at our severe weather potential for the overnight hours:
We saw some scattered showers and thunderstorms in our area on our Thursday. Some of the thunderstorms did get a little on the hefty side at times. We did see most of the high temperatures across our area reach into the middle 70s to lower 80s for the highs.
We will continue to see some more potential for some scattered showers and thunderstorms as we go into the overnight hours. A few of these could get a little more on the hefty side at times. There are still questions on whether or not most of these that move into our area overnight will pack a big time punch.
We will linger some low pressure and a front in our area on our Friday and into our upcoming weekend. We will see some more scattered to patchy areas of rain and thunderstorms linger in our weather forecast during this time period. We will also see our temperatures drop off a bit to the passage of this front. So expect some chill mornings, especially on Sunday through Tuesday.
