33rd Annual Beaches Jazz Festival

This year's 33rd annual Beaches Jazz Festival will bring live music back in drive-in style. The drive-in festival will feature everything from drag shows, Legends of Motown, Brass Transit to live DJs, soul and funk!

Kicking off the Festival’s 33rd year is DriveN’Drag: Tea Party in Wonderland, taking place Friday, July 2nd and Saturday July, 3rd at the Guildwood GO Station Main Lot. Tea Party in Wonderland is a 90-minute choreographed Drive-in Drag Show spilt into 2 acts featuring fan favorite BOA from Canada’s Drag Race as the Mad Hatter, with a stellar cast of Toronto Drag Artists from Vision Drag Artists. 

The Festival will once again feature the free TD Virtual Concert Series, Wednesday July 14 – Friday July 16. Programming includes virtual workshops and performances from Festival favourites. The Virtual Concert Series will be streamed online on our website, YouTube and Facebook Live. 

The Richards Group Block Party Drive-In Concert will take place Friday, July 16 at the Guildwood GO Station Main Lot. Headlining the Block Party is Brass Transit, the World’s best Chicago tribute band.

Missing AfroFest? Don't worry – the Beaches Jazz Festival has you covered! The Drive-In AfroFest Showcase takes over the TD Main Stage, Saturday, July 17 – Sunday, July 18 at the Guildwood GO Station Main Lot.

Artists take to the OLG Main Stage from Friday, July 23 – Saturday, July 24, kicking off with 5th annual Groovin’ in the Parking Lot: a meeting of soul, funk, world and house music. Closing the Festival is Legends of Motown.

The Beaches Jazz Festival Drive-in Concert Series is located at the Guildwood GO Station Main Lot, 4105 Kingston Rd. Toronto, ON M1E 2M3. Registration is required and spots are limited. Drive-in Concert attendees will pre-purchase vehicle tickets online for their selected show time. One ticket is required per vehiclewhich permits entry for as many people as there is working seatbelts. Vehicle admission tickets start at $40 per vehicle and the ticket price includes all taxes and processing fees. The vehicle pass can either be printed or saved on a smartphone and scanned by the Box Office staff upon arrival at the site. To ensure the health and safety of both staff and attendees, all vehicles will be instructed to approach the Box Office with their windows rolled up, so that tickets can be scanned safely. 

Covid-19 protocols will be strictly followed and enforced during all shows.
