Wyoming wildlife officials on Thursday released their first public statement about a wolf that was illegally taken captive and then subjected to alleged abuses that have generated outrage around the world.

This is disgusting. In no case EVER should there be any time that an animal of ANY kind to be killed in such manners that are vicious. Why are we being allowed to "wound" animals out in the open and then leave them to suffer and I? Hitting then with snowmobiles?? What a disgrace. Doesn't matter what kind of animal or what a nuisance they are. Parading around like that as well with a animal that's suffering and making it suffer more...deserves more than a slap on the wrist and a small fine. Animal abuse of any kind anytime not matter should never be accepted. This is what we're teaching our kids. To be terrible humans to all living things.
