“An American Bombing: The Road to April 19th” is a new documentary exploring the infamous Oklahoma City bombing, in which domestic terrorist Timothy McVeigh bombed the Alfred P. Murrah federal office building, which killed 168 lives and injured nearly 700 people April 19, 1995.

It remains the deadliest act of homegrown terrorism against the government in U.S. history and the new movie, which premieres Tuesday on HBO and MAX, takes an in-depth look at the details from that day, the experiences of the people who were affected, important moments from the trial, and how the effects are still felt today.
