HOUSTON – A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing 79-year-old man who was reportedly last seen Monday in northeast Houston.
According to Texas Center for the Missing, Richard Lane was last seen at approximately noon Monday in the 14800 block of Lee Road.

His clothing description at the time he was last seen is unknown.
Lane has been diagnosed with dementia and schizophrenia and is need of his medication, according to the agency.
