In this article by Nomads With A Purpose, full-time RVer and strength coach, Victor, is sharing how the simple act of breathing, has allowed him to go from grumpy, worried dad to emotionally available, fun dad while traveling with his 5 children.

Nomads With A Purpose has published a new article entitled Holotropic Breathwork, which sheds light on the most important aspects of overcoming trauma and reprogramming the mind to be in alignment with health, happiness, and enjoyment of life. People who feel stuck in life and want to experience more joy and excitement but don't know how to take the next step can view the full article at https://www.nomadswithapurpose.com/holotropic-breathwork

Like many, Victor had been sold the American Dream. Study hard, get a degree, and find a well-paying job. The problem is that this path is stressful, detrimental to physical and mental well-being, and left him feeling lost and angry.

On top of that, growing up as a first-generation Mexican American where money was tight to say the least, Victor was always told, “A good boy doesn’t ask for anything.” "I was always well-behaved. I did what I was told, but in the process, I also took on the belief that wanting things was bad," Victor shares.

In 2015, Victor's wife asked him to give up the 9-5, mortgage, and what he perceived as safety and security, to move their family of 7 into an RV so they could travel and live a more passionate, intentional, and exciting life.

He knew life should be about more, but he couldn't get himself to enjoy the travel. Feelings of fear, anxiety, unworthiness, self-doubt, and lack of confidence kept him feeling scared, angry, and hopeless.

In 2021, he attended a holotropic breathwork session that changed everything. Through this form of breathwork, he was able to offload a lot of the trapped emotions from his childhood trauma and programming that were holding him back.

"Within 15 minutes of holotropic breathing, I felt myself straddling two different states of consciousness. After an hour of breathing in this dream-like state, a calmness came over me, unlike anything I’d ever experienced. As I came back to reality, it felt like a rebirth. It was as if I created new space in my body."

In discussing the article's creation, Victor Robledo, owner and creator at Nomads With A Purpose said:

'With something as easy as breathwork, you can access these subconscious beliefs, offload trapped emotions from childhood, and open your channel of intuition to help you find peace, clarity, and purpose.'

Nomads With A Purpose now welcomes comments and questions from readers, about the article, as they are intent on relatablilty. The reason is simply that many people experience the same thing, They were taught to limit themselves by conforming to societal standards or were physically or emotionally abused and that left them with a deep wound that causes them to feel unvalued, unsafe, and lacking confidence..
