OSHA has opened an investigation into the death of 17-year-old Zach Panther, who died on Gov. Jim Pillen's hog farm in Boone County on April 1.

An autopsy is being done, but the initial investigation didn't show signs of foul play, according to the Boone County Sheriff's Department.
