A Darby woman has been arrested following a shooting in Lansdowne.
Police responded to the first block of North Lansdowne Avenue just before midnight Sunday for a report that a Lansdowne man that had been shot, police said in a news release.
Units arrived and located a 33-year-old Sharon Hill man with a gunshot wound. He was transported by Lansdowne Fire Company for treatment.
The Darby woman was taken into custody at the scene.
There was no report on the victim’s condition.
This is an ongoing investigation by Lansdowne police and the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office Criminal Investigations Division.
Police radio traffic suggested the shooting was a road rage incident, and that the victim had an arm wound.
