Court documents allege the driver in a deadly weekend crash in Lincoln was sleeping, speeding, and drunk when he crashed into a tree.
On Wednesday, Grabiel Revilla was charged in Lancaster County court with two counts of felony manslaughter. The 34-year-old was given no bond by the judge and will be back in court in May.

According to court documents, Revilla was driving the Honda Pilot that crashed into a tree and destroyed the passenger side of the vehicle. When police arrived, Revilla told them he had fallen asleep at the wheel. He had minor injuries and consented to a breath test at the hospital, which showed his blood alcohol content to be 0.119. The legal limit is 0.08.
Video shows Revilla's vehicle as the only one involved in the crash. According to the investigation, he was speeding westbound on Pine Lake Road between 28th and 30th Street at 5:07 a.m.
Police were dispatched to the scene at 5:40 a.m.
One victim, Darien Rios Rosales, was ejected and died at the scene. The other victim, Omar Ocha Rios, was found in the backseat and also pronounced dead at the scene.
If convicted, Revilla faces up to 40 years in prison.
