(WSYR-TV) — The nursing landscape is ever changing. Loretto is at the forefront, training more than 200 individuals in its LPN apprenticeship program and CNA program.

Currently, emotional intelligence and “soft skills” are enabling Loretto employees to become more empathetic caregivers.

Dr. Johaun Jackson is Loretto’s Director of Nursing Education Research & Development and Tonyal Robinson is the Academic Manager.
