Music superstar Taylor Swift’s newest album, “The Tortured Poets Department,” is set to be released Friday.
The album has 16 tracks, featuring fellow musicians like Florence Welch, lead vocalist and primary songwriter of indie rock band Florence and the Machine, according to various news outlets.

Friday
- The New Berlin Public Library is hosting a “Taylor Swif-Tea Party” from 3 to 4:30 p.m.
- The Amery Area Public Library is hosting an album release party starting at 4 p.m.
- The Black Earth Public Library is hosting an album release party from 4 to 5 p.m. The event will have friendship bracelets, a photo booth, music, dancing and crafts. It is being held at the village of Black Earth’s Municipal Building.
- The Chilton Public Library is hosting a “Shake It Off at the Library” album release party from 5 to 7 p.m.
- In Milwaukee, music venue The Rave is hosting a Taylor Swift album release party featuring DJ Kenny Braasch and DJ Real Co at 9 p.m. Friday. Ticket prices for that event range from $15 to $22.

- In Madison, The Sylvee is hosting a “Swiftie Album Release & Dance Party” with DJ Sarah Akawa at 11 a.m. Tickets for the show are $15, and the event is meant for all ages.
