MONCKS CORNER, S.C. (WCSC) - The Moncks Corner Police Department released a surveillance image of one of two vehicles involved in a shooting Wednesday morning.

The agency posted a photo of what it describes as a 2001 to 2007 silver Honda Accord with dark-tinted windows and a sunroof to its Facebook page.

The shooting happened at approximately 6:40 a.m. Wednesday on South Live Oak Drive near Bonnoitt Street and the vehicle was traveling northbound toward Main Street, police say.

“The incident involved this vehicle and a newer white Toyota sedan,” the post states. “After the incident, the silver Honda Accord continued to travel northbound and was last seen around North Live Oak Drive and Carolina Avenue.”

Anyone with information about the vehicle or the shooting itself is asked to contact Lt. Matthew Hoffer at 843-719-7939 or via email at matt.hoffer@monckscornersc.gov.
